We are Dlf Home Developers Ltd., and we’re actually a subsidiary of Dlf Ltd., though we mostly just focus on our own daily tasks here. Our office is located at Dg-Iii-20 in Vikas Puri. That’s in New Delhi, specifically the 110018 area. It’s a busy part of town, but we’ve found our own rhythm in this space. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we keep our records and meet when we need to. We’ve been in Vikas Puri long enough to know the best spots for a quick lunch nearby. Our work involves a lot of details, so having a steady home base like this is important for us. We don't have a giant marketing budget or a team of people writing fancy slogans. We just tell people where we are and what we're doing. It’s a very manual, hands-on kind of environment. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. Being part of a bigger name like Dlf Ltd. is on the signs, but on the ground here in DG-III, we’re just a small group of people working hard. We like the local feel of the neighborhood and it suits the way we like to do things. No pretense, just a lot of work getting done every day in a regular New Delhi office.
