Dl Buildwell Private Limited operates out of a first-floor office in Vikas Puri, specifically at C-334. We’ve been in this 110018 neighborhood for a bit. If you’ve spent any time in this part of New Delhi, you know how it is. It can get pretty noisy outside, but inside we’re just focusing on the build projects we have going. We aren’t a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a smaller team here, and we handle the daily grind of construction ourselves. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and notes from site visits. We chose this spot in Vikas Puri because it’s a good central location for us. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, just a regular office where real work happens. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we’re actually in the office. That's just the nature of building things. We don't really do the whole professional pitch thing. If someone needs something built or has a question about a project, we just talk it out. It’s better that way, without all the extra fluff. We make sure the work gets handled, and we go home. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it seems to work for us. We’ve had some long nights here finishing up plans, but it’s part of the job. It feels like we are always drinking tea and looking at maps for the next site.
