We’re located in Chirag Delhi, not far from Mata Chanan Devi Hospital. Dj3 India is a small setup where we handle various business needs that come our way throughout the week. It’s a lived-in office with plenty of stuff piled up on the shelves and corners. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the day’s tasks are finally finished. Some days we’re out on-site doing things, and other days we’re stuck behind the desk for eight hours straight. The neighborhood is always active, and being near the hospital means there’s constant movement and noise outside our windows. We’ve been around this area for a bit and know most of the local shopkeepers by name. Our work involves a lot of coordination and making sure things happen when they’re supposed to happen. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just a reliable one that local people can find when they need something done right. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it happens without complaining. It’s just a few of us here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the shift. We don't have fancy titles or a strict dress code. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the task at hand. If you walk into our place, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation or busy on the phone with a vendor. That’s just how we operate every day.
