We've been working out of our office in Ram Garh Colony for quite some time now, right across from Kirti Nagar. Most of our days are spent dealing with the chaos of construction sites and trying to keep everything on schedule. It isn’t fancy work. There is usually a lot of dust on our shoes and a stack of blueprints on the desk that never seems to get smaller. We handle building projects and basic infrastructure stuff here in New Delhi. Most people around here know where we are because of the landmark, so it makes meetings a bit easier. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out, mostly workers and suppliers asking about deliveries or schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites making sure the walls are going up where they should. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it hard to get from one spot to another, but that is just part of the job. We aren't big on flashy presentations. We just focus on getting the actual physical work done so people have the structures they need. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Some days are long, especially when weather messes up the concrete pouring. We just keep at it, day by day, making sure the foundations are solid and the roofs are straight. Our name is on the door at Wz 102, and that is where you will find us most mornings.
