DEVENDRA SHARMA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our setup at Devendra Sharma Constructions is based out of a flat in Bindapur Extension. It is on the first floor, apartment 102 to be exact, over in B Block. Being in West Delhi means things are always moving and there is plenty of noise from the neighbors and the street. We spend a lot of our time going between this office and various sites where things are being built. It’s a lot of juggling phone calls and trying to make sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and sample tiles everywhere, but that is just how it goes in this business. We are not big on fancy furniture or polished floors here. It’s mostly just a place to sit down and figure out the schedules for the coming week. The area around Plot B 82 is quite residential, so we try to keep things quiet, though that’s hard with all the work we do. Most of the people working here have been around for a while and we just get on with it. It’s practical work and we don’t spend much time worrying about the decor of the office. We just want to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one without too many headaches. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage.
