You can find us at Shop No 1 in the DDA Lal Market over in Paschim Vihar. It’s a small shop in the A-1 block, but it’s been sitting here for a long time now. My name is Deepak and I run this place with just a little bit of help from my family. We mostly look at properties around this specific block and the streets nearby. Since we are right in the middle of the market, we see everyone passing by throughout the day. It’s a very friendly spot to work. We have a lot of regulars who just drop in for a quick chat about how the property prices are changing in our neighborhood. We don’t have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. Most of what we do is just talking to people and keeping a notebook of who is looking to move. The market gets quite crowded and noisy in the evenings, but it feels like a real community here. We handle rentals, sales, and just give general advice for anyone who lives in Paschim Vihar. The shop is simple—just some plastic chairs and a ceiling fan for the summer heat. We aren't part of some big real estate chain or franchise. We are just local people helping our neighbors find a place to stay or sell their old house. It’s been our whole life for years, and we really like the routine.
