If you are looking for us, we are in the Kirti Shikhar Building at the District Centre in Janakpuri. Our office is number 126 on the first floor. Janakpuri is a massive area, and the District Centre is like its own little city with all the offices and shops. Kirti Shikhar is one of those tall, sturdy buildings that’s seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We’ve been in office 126 for a while now. It’s a standard setup with enough room for our desks and a small area to meet people. Declassic Buildcom India is basically just a group of people trying to keep projects moving forward. The hallways outside are always busy with people from the other offices, and you can hear the elevators chiming throughout the day. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs or bring something from home to eat at our desks. The first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the lifts if we are in a hurry; we just take the stairs. It’s a functional space. There are files stacked up on the shelves and a few calendars on the walls to keep track of deadlines. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense office in a very busy part of New Delhi.
