Decent Estates

Our little spot is at MG-1/16 in Vikaspuri. It is a straightforward location in a part of town that feels more like a community than a business district. We have been running Decent Estates from here for quite some time. It is not a large office by any means. We have just enough room for our records and a place for people to sit down when they visit. Vikaspuri has its own pace, and we have grown quite fond of it. Most of our work involves helping neighbors with their property needs. We do not have any fancy signs or big displays. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It is a very low-key way of doing things. We spend our mornings checking through listings and our afternoons usually involve walking around to look at different houses or plots. The office can be a bit quiet sometimes, but then three people will walk in at once and it gets crowded fast. We do not mind. It is good to talk to people face-to-face. We handle the usual stuff like paperwork and local regulations. It is practical, everyday work. We are not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just like having our shop here and helping out where we can. It is a steady job and we know the local market pretty well. That is about all there is to it. Just a local business in Vikaspuri.
