Debsoni Properties & Developers Private Limited

We are based in the DDA Flats over in Bindapur. It is a residential area so it feels a bit more quiet than the main markets. Our office is Debsoni Properties & Developers and you can find us at Flat No. 505 in Pocket 3 of Block E. It is on the first floor so it is easy to get to. We use the flat as our main workspace which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. Most of our day is spent talking to folks about homes and checking on different sites. Bindapur is a busy neighborhood with families and small shops everywhere. We have been here for a while and the people around know who we are. It’s a Type-A flat so it’s not huge but we have enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and talk. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy but we don't mind. We handle a lot of the local property work right from this spot. There’s always a pile of documents on the table that needs sorting. It’s just us working through the daily tasks of a small property business. No fancy lobby or receptionists here. Just a doorbell and some people working inside. We like being in the community rather than in some far-off commercial park. It makes the work feel more real.
