D S Propertys is based out of Patel Nagar East. Our exact spot is 41610 Patel Nagar. It's a busy part of town, and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been operating from this location for a good bit now. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly handle local property stuff, helping people find houses or dealing with land. Patel Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We aren't a corporate chain; it's just a local operation. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we manage. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People usually come in because they saw our sign or lived in the area for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. It gets tiring, especially in the heat, but that's just how the property business goes. We keep our records in old-fashioned files mostly. There’s a certain way we do things here that might seem a bit slow to some, but it works for us. We don't promise anything crazy. We just show what’s available and let people decide. It’s a plain, honest way to run a business in a place like this. We are usually here from morning until evening, six days a week, and sometimes on Sundays if it's busy.
