CRA BUILDTECH LLP is based over in Paschim Vihar Ext. in New Delhi. You can find us at Plot No. 16, up on the third floor. West Delhi is where we do most of our day-to-day operations and management. It’s an active area with plenty of construction going on, which is good for our line of work. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and it works out well for managing our different project sites. The third floor stays a little cooler in the summer, which is nice when we’re stuck doing paperwork or phone calls. We mostly focus on technical building work and keeping everything on track. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people who understand buildtech and how to apply it. The walk up to the third floor keeps us moving, though we're usually out at sites anyway. Paschim Vihar is a good neighborhood, and we like being part of the local business community here in 110063. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that written on the walls. We just have our tools, our plans, and our schedules. Most people hear about CRA Buildtech through word of mouth or seeing our signs at sites. We just try to stay busy and make sure the buildings we work on are solid and finished on time. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s worked for us so far without needing any flashy advertisements.
