We have scales for weighing packages and a lot of tape and boxes lying around. It’s not a pretty place, but it’s where the work happens. We handle a lot of shipments every day. The floor is concrete and the walls have a few scuffs from moving crates. We don’t have a fancy waiting area. Most people just drop off their stuff at the counter and go. Being in Uttam Nagar means we are close to the main roads, which helps with the cargo moving in and out. It’s noisy and dusty, but that’s the nature of the business. We are a small crew.
