We are located at 76 D in GH 2, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. This is more of a residential-style setup for Corporate Executive Board India Pvt Ltd. Paschim Vihar is a busy neighborhood with a lot going on, so there is always plenty of energy around. Our space is tucked into one of the blocks, so it’s a bit quieter once you get inside. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building. It’s a regular place where we’ve set up our computers and files. We have a small team here and we mostly just keep to ourselves and do the work. The office feels a bit like a home because of the layout. We have a small area where we can sit and eat lunch together. It’s not polished or corporate. There are marks on the walls from where we moved the desks around and the bookshelves are overflowing. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things that need finishing. The local market is just a short walk away, which is handy for getting lunch or running quick errands. It’s a practical location for us. We like the fact that it feels like a real part of the community rather than some isolated office park. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people. We get the job done without any fuss.
