At Copal Research Pvt Ltd, we operate from the ground floor at 20/1 in Ashok Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi 110018, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms that we’ve filled with desks and computers. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. The work is all about research and data. We spend hours looking things up and making sure the numbers match. It isn't the most exciting thing in the world to talk about, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person to greet you at the door. Usually, you’ll just see one of us looking up from a screen. We use a lot of paper and the printer always seems to be running. Ashok Nagar is a crowded area, so parking is always a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned the tricks of the neighborhood. We aren't a big company with a lot of rules. We just work together, share some snacks, and try to get the projects finished by the end of the week. It’s a real place with real people doing a regular job every day, trying to stay organized in the middle of a busy city.
