Our place is at B 115 in Fateh Nagar, which is right near Jail Road in New Delhi. The pincode is 110018. If you know Delhi, you know that Jail Road is a major landmark, so it’s pretty easy to explain where we are to people. Fateh Nagar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses and houses all mixed together. We are just one of many spots on this street. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and it keeps the rain out. We go by the name Confidential. Inside, it’s just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you’re answering the door. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to finish the day knowing we did what we were supposed to do. The street outside can get really noisy with all the shops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just part of the atmosphere here. We’re just regular folks working in a regular part of Delhi, and we like it that way because it feels real.
