Community Infra Services is situated at Rz80 A on the first floor, right at the front side of South Extension Part 1 in Uttam Nagar. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking over each other. We provide various infrastructure services, which basically means we spend our time dealing with the practical problems of building and maintenance. It’s not the kind of work that makes it into fancy magazines, but it’s essential for the neighborhood. We don’t have a big reception area; we usually just grab a bottle of water from the crate in the corner. The team here is small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or heading out to a site in the middle of a hot afternoon. Uttam Nagar is a very crowded place, but it has a lot of energy that keeps us going even when we’re tired. We don't go in for all those mission statements or corporate values that you see on some company websites. We just focus on showing up and doing the work we said we would do.
