Cognate India

We are based at F-12 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area, specifically in Phase-II. If you know Mayapuri, you know it is all about getting things made and moved. It’s a very industrial setting, with lots of trucks and the sound of machinery in the distance. Cognate India has been here for quite a while. Our space is functional and designed for work, not for showing off. The floors are hard and the lighting is just standard overhead stuff. We spend our days dealing with the logistics and the daily grind of running a business in an industrial zone. It can get pretty loud outside with all the activity in Phase-II, but we are used to it by now. The air smells a bit like metal and exhaust sometimes, but that’s just Mayapuri for you. We don’t have a fancy sign or a garden out front. It’s just a gate and a door. Inside, we have our desks and our equipment. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just come in every morning, check the lists, and get to it. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of things. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up in the late afternoon. It's a gritty place to work, but it’s where we belong. Most days we are too busy to notice much else.
