Chunnu International

Chunnu International is tucked away at J 10/108 in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. If you know Rajouri, you know it’s a lively place with a lot of markets and houses all mixed together. We are basically in a residential block, so it’s not like a big cold factory or a corporate office. We’ve been operating out of here for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We open up, check what needs to be sent out, and start working through the pile of tasks. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or taping up a box for delivery. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to get through the day and make sure we didn’t miss any important orders. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a wedding procession or a big delivery truck, and we just have to wait it out. That’s just part of life in Delhi. We don’t have a polished receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It’s a very informal atmosphere, but we take the work seriously enough to stay in business. We drink way too much tea and talk about the cricket scores while we pack. It’s just a regular local business in a big, busy city.
