Chowdhary Engineers & Developers Private Limited

We’re located over in Janakpuri at C5C/26C. Our office is actually a converted ground floor garage, which works out pretty well for us. It’s simple and we don’t have to climb any stairs. Chowdhary Engineers & Developers Private Limited is the name we use for all our official business. We’re a small group of engineers and developers who decided to set up shop in West Delhi. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the drawings and equipment, but we make it work. Janakpuri is a nice enough place to be based. It’s mostly residential around our block, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. We spend most of our time calculating things and planning out building projects. Being in a garage means we’re close to the street, so we see everyone walking by. We’ve been at this for a while now. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. If someone needs engineering work done, they usually find us through word of mouth. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the technical stuff. It's an honest living. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make space for a meeting, but that’s just how it goes. We like the independence of having our own small firm. It’s a practical setup for a practical kind of job. The ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool while we work on our blueprints. It is what it is.
