Chhabra Estate House

Down in M Block of Vikaspuri, at number 25628, that’s where Chhabra Estate House is located. It is a familiar spot for many people who live in this part of Delhi. We aren't a big flashy company with dozens of branches. It is just this one office where we sit and deal with whatever comes our way. The floor gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we are always sweeping it out. We have a lot of old folders filled with notes about different properties in the area. Some of them go back years. It’s a lot of history in those files. We prefer talking to people face to face rather than just sending emails all day long. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It gives us a break from the computers anyway. We don't have a formal dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work. The M Block market is just a short walk away, so we usually head there for tea in the afternoon. It is a steady pace of life here. We don't try to be something we are not. We just know the local property market and help people out when they ask for a bit of help with their housing needs.
