Chauhan Estates

Our setup is a bit different because we work out of Flat No 17 A in Arjun Apartment. It’s located in Vikaspuri, right near the F Block area. Working from an apartment gives Chauhan Estates a more personal feel than a regular storefront. When people come to see us, they are coming into a residential building, which we think makes the whole process feel a bit more relaxed. Vikaspuri is a crowded, busy place, but Arjun Apartment is a good spot to sit down and talk. We have turned part of the flat into our working space where we keep all our property documents and maps. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood from our windows, which is just part of being in this part of town. We are quite close to F Block, so many of our neighbors know who we are. People usually call before coming up, and we spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the table going over different options for apartments or shops. It isn't a flashy corporate setup with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us, some tea, and a lot of local knowledge about the Vikaspuri real estate market. We have been here long enough to know which buildings are good and which ones people should think twice about. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing things, and we prefer it that way compared to a cold office.
