CHANDNA DESIGNERS AND BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located on Hastsal Road. Our office is Flat 402 on the third floor of building G1/173. It’s right near Metro Pillar number 674, which makes it easy to explain to people who are coming to visit us. Since this is an One Person Company, I handle most of the big decisions myself, but I have a few people who help with the designs and the actual labor. The metro is always zooming by outside, so there is a constant hum in the background. We do a lot of designing for houses and then we help get them built. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the construction sites. I spend a lot of time on my phone coordinating with laborers and material suppliers. The office is usually messy with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles or paint. It is a practical space, not a showroom. Hastsal Road is a busy place and parking can be a nightmare, but we've been here for a while now. We just try to make sure the buildings we work on are sturdy and look okay. I started this because I liked the idea of making things from scratch. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but seeing a finished wall or a roof go up is satisfying. There is always something new to learn in this trade. I’m usually there from early morning until late evening.
