Our company, Cataleya Buildtech Private Limited, is situated at C-34A in Ram Dutt Enclave. This is part of Uttam Nagar, which is a place that never really sleeps. There is always a lot of activity on the streets here. We focus on the building and tech side of construction. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens for us. We have our computers set up and a few chairs for guests. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on how the latest build is going. Ram Dutt Enclave is a regular neighborhood, and we like that it feels like home. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on the block. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in the movies. It’s a working office with stacks of papers and samples of tiles or pipes sitting around. We handle everything from the initial ideas to the final touches on a building project. Being in Uttam Nagar means we have access to everything we need, and it’s easy for our workers to reach us. We just try to do an honest day’s work and make sure the buildings we’re responsible for are solid and finish up as they should.
