Carvan Buildtech LLP is based in a basement office over in Jaidev Park at 6/1. It is basement B 2, which is quite close to Bhagwan Das Nagar in the Punjabi Bagh area. Being in a basement means we don't get much sunlight, but it stays relatively quiet compared to the traffic outside. The stairs coming down are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step. Our office is a small, practical space where we do all our planning. We have desks cluttered with drawings and computers that have seen a lot of use. It is not the kind of place you’d go to see a fancy display. We are more interested in the actual building work than in decorating our own walls. Punjabi Bagh is a busy neighborhood, so parking can be a real pain if you arrive at the wrong time. We spend our mornings coordinating with the laborers and our afternoons checking on the supplies. It is a straightforward way of working. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. There is no corporate vibe here. We are just a small team trying to keep our projects on track. We have been in this spot for a while now and it suits our needs perfectly. If you come in, someone will usually offer you water and we can talk about whatever is needed.
