Janakpuri is a really busy part of Delhi, so having an office on the second floor is nice because it’s a bit away from all the street noise. We handle development projects from here. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front. It’s just a regular office space where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to people about construction. There’s always something to do, whether it’s filing papers or meeting with folks about a new project. We aren't about fancy slogans or big promises. We just like to get the work done. The neighborhood is full of life and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this Janakpuri address for a while now.
