BUDDHAM BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at Plot No 1, Kh No 7 in Block Q. This is in the New RoshanPura Extension area, specifically on the 40 Ft Road. If you are looking for us, we are near the NJF D-591 point. The 40 Ft Road is wide enough for trucks but it still gets crowded during the morning rush. Our office is a straightforward building on the plot. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is usually just one of us sitting at the desk handling the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time dealing with materials and site schedules. The area around New RoshanPura is growing fast, so there is always some construction noise in the distance. Our space has some shelves for folders and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. It gets dusty because of all the nearby work, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We keep a water cooler in the corner because the Delhi heat is no joke, especially in the months of May and June. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and we often grab lunch from the local spots nearby because it's easy. It is a practical place to run a building business. We don't try to look like a big city firm. We are just local builders doing our thing from our spot on Plot No 1.
