Our office is on the first floor over in Ranjit Nagar, specifically at 3311 near the Pusa Gate. It’s a pretty central spot in Delhi, so there is always something going on outside. BQA CONSTRUCT INFINITY PRIVATE LIMITED started because we wanted to have a proper base for our operations in the West Delhi area. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and trying to figure out why the sand delivery is late again. It’s a lot of practical stuff, nothing too glamorous. You might see us grabbing tea downstairs at the local stall between meetings. The Pusa Gate area has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely become part of it over time. We aren’t some huge corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a handful of people trying to make things work in the construction world. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow when we need it most, but we just deal with it. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the files stacked up on the desks, but we know where everything is. We don’t really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. Usually, we are just busy making sure the workers at the sites have what they need for the day. That’s pretty much the reality of our work life here in Ranjit Nagar. It is just about getting the job done.
