You can find us on the first floor in the BE- Block of Hari Nagar Rampura. It is an older building, A-6, but it works well enough for what we do here. We deal with properties around this neighborhood. Most of our day involves talking to landlords or people looking for a new place to stay. It is a lot of walking around and looking at different sites. The office is where we keep all the records and meet people to sign the papers. It is not very big, just a few rooms. We have seen the property prices go up and down over the years in this specific area. It gets very busy on weekends when people finally have time to look at houses. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours showing apartments to families. If you come by and the door is locked, we are probably just out on a site visit nearby. We don’t have a big fancy staff, just a few of us who know the neighborhood very well. Dealing with real estate can be complicated with all the legal bits, so we try to keep it simple for everyone. We do not use big words or try to push people into things. If a place fits their needs, it fits. We have been in Rampura for a good while now. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep. It is just a normal workplace. We handle the paperwork and try to make things go smoothly for the people who come to us.
