Blazeflash Courier is based out of B 328 in Sudershan Park, which is part of the Moti Nagar area. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Sudershan Park, you’ll know it’s a mix of houses and small businesses. Our place is basically a hub for parcels. From early morning, the delivery bikes are coming and going. We have piles of boxes and envelopes sorted by area codes all over the floor. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of packing tape and people calling out addresses. The office isn't much to look at, just a lot of shelves and a couple of old computers for tracking. We deal with the New Delhi heat and the monsoon rain like everyone else here. Sometimes the lanes get flooded, but the couriers still try to get out to their beats. It’s a hectic job and we don't have much time for sitting around. We’ve got a small area where people can drop off their packages over the counter. The staff has been here for years, so we know the shortcuts around Moti Nagar by heart. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s a working warehouse where things actually happen. We keep it simple and focus on moving the bags. Every day is different depending on how many shipments arrive on the trucks. It’s hard work but it keeps the neighborhood connected and the items moving.
