Bitto Properties

Bitto Properties is located at 595 in Site I of Vikaspuri. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from the big commercial hubs. Our office is right there in the neighborhood, which means we see the same faces every day. It’s a simple ground-floor space that we’ve used for years. We have a desk, a few chairs, and a calendar on the wall that we use to keep track of appointments. Vikaspuri has its own rhythm, and being in Site I puts us right in the middle of where people actually live. We don't have a fancy website or a big corporate office. Most of our work comes from people who live a few streets away and know us by name. We spend our days talking to neighbors, checking on houses that are being renovated, and keeping track of who might be looking to move. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their cars, but it’s a friendly place. We usually have a pot of tea going and someone or other is always dropping by for a chat. We aren't interested in making big sales pitches. We just know who has a room for rent or which house might be coming onto the market soon. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like being part of the local community here. It’s been our base for a long time and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon.
