Our place is at House No 8 in Block B of Saraswati Garden. We are right there in Kirti Nagar and a good landmark to look for is the Shani Mandir nearby. It is a residential kind of area, so our office feels a bit more like a home than a shop. We deal with houses and plots around this part of the city. Usually, the day is spent either on the phone or out walking around the neighborhood to look at different properties. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come over to discuss buying or renting something. It is a local business, so we know most of the streets and blocks around here pretty well. Sometimes we are just sitting and waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we are running around all afternoon. It is not a fancy corporate real estate firm. We keep our records in simple folders and talk to people plainly about what is available. Being near the Shani Mandir means there are always people around, especially on certain days of the week. We have been operating out of Saraswati Garden for a long time. It is a familiar routine for us, just helping folks find a place to live or work in the Kirti Nagar area. We often have a stack of newspapers on the table and some local maps pinned to the wall to help explain where specific houses are located.
