We are based out of 41 Jupiter Apartment, right in D Block of Vikas Puri here in New Delhi. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have going on in this part of the city. Being in a residential apartment building means things stay relatively quiet most of the time, though New Delhi itself is always moving. Our pin code is 110018. We have been operating as Bbc World News India Pvt Ltd from this spot for some time now. It’s not one of those massive glass buildings you see in some parts of town, just a regular space where we get our work done. Most of us take the local transport or drive in through the usual Vikas Puri traffic which can be a bit of a headache on Monday mornings. We have our desks set up and the coffee machine is always running. It feels more like a workspace than a corporate hub. The neighbors in the apartment complex are used to us being around. We don't have big signs or anything, just the address. It works well for what we do. We manage the daily tasks, answer the phones, and handle the paperwork that comes through. Being in West Delhi gives us a different perspective than being in the center. It’s a bit more grounded here. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure everything stays on track from our little corner of D Block.
