Our office is on the first floor of Sohal Niwas, right over in B 15 Hari Nagar. It's easy to find because we’re quite close to the Ramgarhia Gurudwara here in New Delhi. If you’re walking by, you’ll see the entrance. We handle various life insurance matters for people in the local area. It’s a standard workspace with a lot of files and a few computers. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we make it work. We spend most of the day talking to folks about their plans and checking their IDs. It's mostly paper-heavy stuff. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but inside the building, it stays mostly quiet. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays organized. If someone has a question about a claim or a payment, they usually just drop in. We don't use fancy talk or anything like that. We just explain what needs to be done with the paperwork.
