B L S Realtors is up on the 2nd floor at 15 Uttam Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t mind it. Being in Uttam Nagar means it's always busy outside. There’s a lot of noise and people moving around, which is just part of life here. Our office is simple. We have some chairs for people to sit and talk, and some old filing cabinets. We don’t do the whole corporate thing. We just handle property deals for people in the area. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the details are right. We aren't perfect, sometimes we get a bit behind on emails, but we always try to get back to everyone. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the building. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If a house has a leaky roof or the landlord is difficult, we usually know about it. We don't sugarcoat things because that just causes problems later. It’s a straightforward business for us. We just sit here, do the work, and help folks figure out their housing situation in Uttam Nagar. That’s really all there is to it.
