We are located at G 10 C on the 2nd Floor of the LIG Flats in Tilak Vihar. Being in a residential complex like this in Tilak Nagar means we are right in the thick of it. New Delhi 110018 is a crowded, lively place. You can hear kids playing in the courtyards and people calling out to each other from their balconies. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits us just fine. Since we are on the second floor, people have to walk up, which usually means they arrive with a bit of news or a complaint about the stairs. We know the families in the LIG flats because they are our neighbors. It’s a very local feel. We don’t use much formal language with the people who come in. We just ask them what they need and try to get it sorted. The desks are a bit cluttered sometimes with forms and pens, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. Tilak Nagar has a way of keeping you on your toes. There’s always someone stopping by to check their balance or ask about a document. We just keep the files organized and do our bit. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working space in a real neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough to know when the tea man comes by and which fans make the most noise. We finish our work, lock the door, and walk back down those stairs.
