Axiom Etates

We are Axiom Etates, and we’re based in the Tagore Garden Extension area of New Delhi. Our office is located at B-105. It’s a straightforward, ground-floor spot in a residential part of West Delhi. We’ve been doing property work around here for a while. Delhi real estate is always a bit of a gamble, but we try to keep things as simple as possible. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some desks and a lot of paper files. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or meeting them at different properties. The traffic in Delhi is always a mess, so we do a lot of our work locally in Tagore Garden. We aren't a huge agency, so we know our clients by name. There’s no marketing team here to make us sound better than we are. We just know the local market and the rules for buying and selling property in this part of the city. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing or the tea gets cold, but we always try to get the important things right. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, with new shops and houses popping up everywhere. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours, and we like being part of the local community in this part of Delhi.
