Down in West Delhi, you’ll find Auberge Developers Llp. We are located in Village Tihar, at 783-A on the first floor. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood, and it has a very local, tight-knit feel to it. Our office is a simple place where we manage our development work. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a glass front. It’s just a regular room with some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of paperwork scattered around. Most of our day is spent dealing with the realities of property development—getting the right papers signed, checking in with workers, and making sure the sites are doing okay. It’s a lot of legwork. Village Tihar can be a bit crowded, and finding a place to park is always a nightmare, but we like being here. It feels real. We aren't trying to sound like some big international firm. We are just a local group of people trying to do a decent job. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. We know the people around here and they know us. There’s a sense of community that you don't always get in the bigger office complexes. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get them done without too much drama.
