Asian Tennis Federation

Our office is at WZ 215 B 1 in Varinder Nagar. We’re located on Street N 2 in New Delhi. This is the home of the Asian Tennis Federation. It’s not a big stadium or a sports complex. It’s just a regular building on a busy street where we handle all the administrative stuff. We have rackets leaned up in the corners and boxes of tennis balls waiting to be sent out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or the computer, coordinating tournaments and rankings across the region. It’s a lot of logistics. We have to deal with different time zones and a lot of different languages. The office feels a bit lived-in, with old tournament posters on the walls and stacks of entry forms on every surface. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and see us working. Outside, the street is always full of people and cars. Sometimes it’s hard to hear on the phone when the horns are honking. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. Tennis is a fast game, but the paperwork behind it can be quite slow. We just keep plugging away at it, making sure the players know where they need to be. It’s a small team here, just doing our part for the sport.
