You can find Asap Services at 24 38 B on the ground floor in Tilak Nagar. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs when we are carrying equipment or supplies. The street outside is quite narrow, so parking is always a headache for us. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office is basically one big room divided by some wooden partitions. It isn't the most modern setup, but it serves its purpose. We have a small pantry in the back where we make coffee. Most of our day is spent handling service requests that come in over the phone. We write everything down in a big ledger book because we still like having a physical record of things. It feels more reliable than just using a computer. The lighting inside is a bit dim, so we have to use extra lamps on our desks. We know most of the shopkeepers on this block. We often share snacks or talk about how the business is going. It feels like a little community here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to provide our services and make enough to keep the lights on. Every day is a bit different. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days we are running around trying to finish everything before the shop closes for the night.
