We are over in Nilothi Extension, specifically at House Numbers 34, 35, and 36 on the ground floor. It's right near the Gurudwara in 13-Block. The area is always busy, especially being so close to the Gurudwara, so there is a lot of life around. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and a few big tables where we spread out our maps and plans. West Delhi is where we do most of our work. It’s a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure the guys have what they need. We spend a lot of time on our phones, probably too much. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s more of a workspace where things actually happen. We have a small pantry in the back for making tea. Most days involve a lot of shouting to be heard over the local traffic. We deal with land and development, which means plenty of meetings with different people. It’s not always smooth, as there are always delays with something or other. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on schedule as best as we can.
