Our office is in Flat No 101, and the best way to explain where we are is by looking for Pillar No 789 near Dwarka Mor. It's a busy part of Delhi, and the housing complex is usually full of activity. Arn Asia Management Services is basically us working from this flat to manage the various tasks we have on our plate. It’s not a big glass building, just a regular residential-turned-office space where we keep our files and computers. We spend most of our time answering emails or talking on the phone with clients. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic from the main road, but inside we just keep at it. Sometimes the neighbors are moving furniture or kids are playing in the hallway, which gives the place a very lived-in feel. We don't have a big marketing department, so most of our work comes from people who already know us or found us through word of mouth. It's a simple setup. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of focus on the daily tasks. We usually take a lunch break together and then get back to the screens.
