Arawali Hills Developers Llp is situated in Janakpuri, specifically at B 24 in the Community Centre of Block B 1. It’s a busy little area with a lot of shops and people moving about. We’ve been here for some time now, working on development projects and trying to make a bit of a difference in the local landscape. The office is located right in the community hub, which is handy because we are close to everything we need. We spend our days looking at blueprints, talking to builders, and trying to navigate the local regulations in West Delhi. It’s a lot of desk work mixed with trips out to see how the sites are coming along. Janakpuri is a big place, but Block B 1 has its own specific feel that we’ve grown to appreciate. Our office isn't anything corporate or shiny, just a workspace where we can focus on the job at hand. The 110058 area keeps us busy with plenty of development opportunities and we are just trying to do our part. Sometimes the community center can get pretty loud with all the people around, but it keeps us on our toes. We are basically just a group of developers who prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. If you are ever near the community center, you’ll probably see us heading in or out with a stack of papers and some plans under our arms.
