Our office for Aon Consultancies Bangalore is actually located at A 1 305 in Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058. It’s a bit confusing for people since the name mentions Bangalore but we are right here in the capital. The building is one of those older ones in Janak Puri where you have to know which stairs to take to get to the third floor. We have a lot of books and folders stacked up because we’ve been here a while and things just tend to accumulate. The light in the afternoon is actually quite good and it makes the office feel a bit warmer. We have a kettle for making tea and that’s usually running all day long. Most of us have been working together for a few years so we know who likes their tea with sugar and who doesn't. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and some very old filing cabinets that creak every time you open them. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing, we just show up and get to work. The street outside can get quite busy with the local market nearby, so there is always some noise coming through the walls. It’s a practical place and it suits us just fine for what we do every day. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
