Anu Bel Infra Llp is located over in the Rajouri Garden area, specifically in the Janta Area near Hari Nagar. Our address is Cb 47, A 976, Flat G 8. It’s a residential pocket, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, which is nice for getting work done. We are a small LLP doing infrastructure work and general building stuff. The office is really just a base where we meet up before heading out to different sites. We’ve got a couple of desks and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent out in the heat or dealing with suppliers. Being in Rajouri Garden means we are pretty central for a lot of the projects we take on. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the people who actually do the work and manage the sites. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we try to stay on top of it between site visits. The building we are in is an older one, very typical for this part of Delhi. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who run the tea stalls nearby. It’s a community feel here. We handle various infra tasks, nothing too fancy, just the solid work that keeps things standing. It’s often long hours and a lot of back-and-forth communication. We just take things one project at a time and try to stay organized in the middle of the chaos.
