Anshu Infrastructure & Developersprivate Limited

Our office for Anshu Infrastructure & Developersprivate Limited is over in Uttam Nagar. We are at Plot Number 200, specifically on the second floor on the left side. It’s right on the Nawada Bank Road, which can get pretty jammed during peak hours. Working in the Village Nawada area gives us a very local perspective on how things are growing. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we are right here where the development is actually happening. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of infrastructure work and development planning from this office. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. We are more about getting the job done and making sure the logistics are sorted. Our team is usually busy with site visits or dealing with the technicalities of construction. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in Uttam Nagar because it feels real and the people here are hardworking. We’ve got our maps and our schedules spread out on the desks most of the time. If you find yourself on Nawada Bank Road, you’ll see where we are. It’s just a regular second-floor office where we put in our hours and try to build things that last for the long haul. It is just the way we have always done things around here and it seems to work out for us.
