Ansari Properties

We operate out of A 3/315 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a place of business. We like it that way. Ansari Properties has been a part of this community for a long time, and we know our neighbors well. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a house nearby or want to sell their current place. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights. People just know where we are. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to clients about their families and what they need in a home. Real estate here is all about knowing which block is quiet and which one gets too much sun in the afternoon. We try to give advice based on what we’d tell our own friends. It’s not about making a quick sale for us. We’d rather someone be happy in their new place so they don't come back complaining later. The paperwork can be a real mess sometimes, especially with the local authorities, but we’ve learned how to navigate all that over the years. We keep our files organized, though there’s always a stray pen or a notepad missing when you need it. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and it’s kept us going this long in Paschim Vihar. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down.
