Ankit Real Estate is located at 33 Subhash Nagar, in the Subhash Khand part of Giri Nagar. We are quite close to Balaji Estate, which most people around here use for directions. Our office is just a normal room where we keep our files and meet people. We have been in Giri Nagar long enough to know the streets pretty well. Dealing with real estate in Subhash Nagar means we see a lot of different kinds of homes and shops. We aren't a big fancy company; it’s just us working out of this space. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and talking to owners. It’s a very local thing. People come to us because we are right here in the community. We don't use any slick marketing tricks. We just tell people what the prices are and what is available. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy with people coming in at the same time, but we manage. We like the area and the people who live here. It’s a nice mix of old and new. If you need something in Subhash Khand, you can just walk over to number 33 and find us. We are usually around and happy to have a quick talk about what’s happening in the market. It is a bit dusty sometimes but it's home to us.
