Anjani Properties

Anjani Properties is located in Uttam Nagar on Raja Puri Road. If you go down Gali No 28, we are in Building No-1. It is a typical Uttam Nagar street, always full of life and a bit crowded. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of property matters. Raja Puri Road is a busy stretch, and Gali 28 has its own rhythm. We aren't a big corporation with fancy furniture. We have some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of knowledge about the local buildings. People in the neighborhood know where Building No-1 is, so they stop by when they’re thinking of moving or selling. We just talk to them like neighbors. There is no pressure or sales talk. We just see what is available and if it works for them. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked, but that is just part of working in this area. We like it here because we are close to the people we serve. We know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. It’s practical work. We don't make big promises; we just do the paperwork and show the houses. It keeps us on our feet and we enjoy the community vibe of Uttam Nagar. That is pretty much us in a nutshell.
