Anil Property

If you are looking for House No 184 in A Block of New Moti Nagar, that is where you will find us at Anil Property. It's a residential area mostly, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold business district. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things. There are just a few of us here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our time out and about looking at different sites or meeting with owners. When we are in the office, it's usually just to catch up on calls and file away the day's documents. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, someone just shouts from the back room if they hear the door open. It’s a bit informal but it works for us and the people who visit. The neighborhood is quiet in the mornings which is nice for getting some actual work done before things pick up. We've seen a lot of families move in and out of the A Block over the years. It's interesting to see how the houses change. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. No big secrets to it. Just showing up and being honest with whoever walks through the door.
