Anand Habitat Infrastructure Private Limited

If you find yourself in Ramesh Nagar, you might pass by our place at C-60 on the first floor. It is one of those double-storey buildings that are common around here. Anand Habitat Infrastructure Private Limited is where we spend most of our waking hours. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the blueprints and site samples lying around, but it feels like home to us. We focus on the habitat side of things, basically building places where people can actually live without a headache. It is a lot of back and forth with the workers and making sure the measurements are correct. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the city, just in doing a decent job on the projects we have in front of us. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so carrying big rolls of drawings up and down is always an adventure. We drink a lot of chai during the day while we discuss what to do about a wall or a pipe. It is practical work. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just want to make sure that when we finish a job, the building stands tall and the people are satisfied. Ramesh Nagar is a good place to be based, it feels very grounded and real, just like the work we do every single day. We don't mind the noise.
